Support the Dining Room and Beverage staff by conducttng wine seminars, tasting's and food parings; instruct the seNice team on elfective wine sales techniques • Order and maintain all wine, liquor and related supplies for the wine cellar and service bar including rotation of Cellar's stores
Oversee food handling and hygiene of wine cellars; condud inspections according to USPH standards • Work with the Beverage staff to make suggestions as to what types of wines should be purchased in the future onboard DCL
Minimum experience and qualification requirements for position:
minimum two years experience in wine and in Guest service
