Taking part of the pre-opening / closing phase of the vessel
Responsible for cash balancing in the restaurant
Daily preparing of mise en place in the restaurant; professional service of food and beverages the restaurant and the bar
Enforcing the polishing of glasses and cutlery in the restaurant
Assisting F&B activities and special occasions (cocktail receptions, tea time, late night snacks etc.)
