Managing a team of 3 to 5 staff and responsible for the team and assist other teams when needed.

· The inside of the estate needs to be cleaned and maintained to the highest standards

· Maintain a very good communication with the other Team Leaders and your own team. Sharing information is key.

· This role is a leading role but very hands-on. You must always assist your team and be on the floor.

· Advanced knowledge in cleaning all surfaces to include glass, carpet, marble, granite, metal, ceramic, wood.

· Advanced chemical knowledge

· Report any defects to the executive housekeeper and follow up till defect is fixed.

· Good communications, organization and diplomacy

· Setting tasks for your team

· Interior inventory

· Ability to delegate

· Able to quickly adapt to change

· Eye for detail

· High work ethic/moral standards

· Impeccable Appearance

· Proficient with computers and mobile devices

Minimum experience and qualification requirements for position:

• 2 years of experience as a housekeeper in a luxury resort/hotel/residence/yacht.
