· The inside of the estate needs to be cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
· Maintain a very good communication with the other Team Leaders and your own team. Sharing information is key.
· This role is a leading role but very hands-on. You must always assist your team and be on the floor.
· Advanced knowledge in cleaning all surfaces to include glass, carpet, marble, granite, metal, ceramic, wood.
· Advanced chemical knowledge
· Report any defects to the executive housekeeper and follow up till defect is fixed.
