· You will be responsible for the wellbeing of the crew. You will assist the crew in all personal or any other issues.
· Maintain a very good communication with your colleague. Sharing information is key.
· You will organize events and entertain the crew and make sure that the crew has it as comfortable as possible.
· You will also look after the new crew that is joining and show them around.

· You will assist the staff management team in all tasks pertaining to staff logistics, staff well-being and fulfilling their needs.
· This is a busy staff village of +/-250 people so you need to be fun, energetic, responsive, empathetic, confident and strong.
· We would prefer one of out staff well-being officers to be medically trained to assess minor instances (cuts, sprains etc). For more urgent matters you may be required to accompany our staff to clinics/hospital etc.
· Knowledge of safe working environments is important
· Uphold our company culture, rules and regulations to maintain peace among a large international team.
· Report all defects and follow up till done.
