To provide friendly and professional service in the Buffet Area or wherever they
are assigned.
Responsibilities
Will be assigned a station in the buffet restaurant and will be required to
promptly replenish the food and beverage in the buffet line.
Can be assigned a section at the buffet restaurant and should welcome the guests
sitting in his section, take care of their requests and promptly empty and clean
dirty tables when they finish, ready to invite the next guests.
Must report for duty on assigned times following his supervisor’s instructions in
line with the company’s rules and regulations.
Duties include the cleaning of his assigned working area following at all times the
Shipsan and the United States Public Health Rules and Regulations.
Assists with the transporting of the necessary stock from the main store to the buffet area.
Attends all necessary trainings and meetings with a view to developing
necessary skills in readiness for a future promotion.
