1. Ensures all Galleys are maintained in a clean and orderly fashion and always to USPH Standards
2. Ensures the dishwashing areas are cleaned and ready for the Culinary Team. This includes pre-rinse, pre-soak, rinse, wash, and sanitize each type of plate, silverware, pot, pans, utensil, galley equipment and glassware
3. Ensures correct procedures with the Galley sanitation withing the galley operation
4. Responsible for all cleaning materials and correct storage of all Galley equipment
5. Handles and transports tools, equipment and supplies to other venues when requested
6. Responds to issues or problems quickly and efficiently involving relevant people as required and reports any challenges, complaints or service difficulties to the Head Galley Utility
7. Ensures team follows proper procedures when disposing of garbage and demonstrates cost and quality awareness and strives to reduce breakage and wastage
