Achieving guest satisfaction and standards in the spa / massage area according specifications of the catalogue of services (CoS)
• Massage experience and German language skills on a B2 level
• He or she is not involved in HK department duties at all or in other departments.
• Besides the massages, the person is doing morning stretching and then during the day all kind of activities with the guest, decided and correlated with the Cruise Director.
• Supporting Cruise Director if needed
• Single cabin is guaranteed
• EU citizenship
• Additional skills such as yoga, Pilates, fitness instructor would be a plus, but not mandatory.
• Adhering to cleaning material and spa / massage material
• Providing the best possible running of the operational organization in the hairdresser salon
