Responsibilities
Maintains clean and organized service station.
Prepares a good mise-en-place to ensure that his/her station is ready for service.
Provide attentive and personalized service.
Ensures that guests’ requests are promptly fulfilled.
Works to reduce loss or breakage of any equipment.
Uses only authorized chemicals in an approved manner.
Respect his/her fellow colleagues, respect and cooperate with all management decisions.
Attends departmental/ship meetings and trainings as required.
