• Responsible for the training of the Dining Room & Beverage team on wine service and product knowledge
• Deliver/supply wine and beverage to Palo team for Guest service
• Monitor all wine service standards
• Conduct all Guest wine tasting and wine seminars
• Provide wine service in Palo
• Ensure proper Guest billing procedures are executed
• Monitor accounting procedures
• Coordinate Beverage service with Palo Manager
• Participate in USPH inspections
• Provide additional support during Castaway Cay days, or any other shore side or shipboard activities and function
• Manage facility assets; keep facilities and equipment in good working order
• Ensure USPH standards are met in Palo wine cellar and wine storage areas
• Maintain Palo cellar and bar in show ready condition
• Coordinate pick up and placement of designated beverage items
• Actively participate in safety and accident prevention programs
• Attend pre-shift meetings and perform food and wine pairings
• Institute Responsible Vendor Training Program
