- Assist Chef Patissier Remy to implement, maintain and review all approved pastry and bakery offerings in Remy
- Prepare all desserts, cakes and pastries for the restaurant menus
- Monitor and ensure opening and closing procedures for Remy pastry area
- Oversee allery and dietary need and insure production is in accordance with strict company LOG's and guidelines
- Under guidance of Chef Patissier oversee proper preparation and presentation of all Remy pastry offerings
- Strive to meet and exceed guest expectations, never comprmising safety and quality, taking corrective action whenever ncessary
- Ensure Disney Cruise Line and USPH Sanitatio requirements are met in his/her area of responsibility
- Prepare showpieces, display, ice cream and sorbets, as well as special request items when needed
