Cook H2B – US Based Restaurants

Professionals from Europe and South America to work October 2019 through July/August 2020 under the H-2B Visa Program.

  • Strong work ethic, excited to work 40-50 hours per week in demanding environment with occasional double shifts as needed.
  • Conduct themselves in a professional manor with guests and colleagues 100% of the time.
  • Very positive attitude and enjoy taking ownership of responsibilities.

  • Knowledge/appreciation for high end dining with a focus on consistency and efficiently
  • Constant desire to improve themselves & others daily & take guidance from superiors & colleagues.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities
  • Exhibits discipline in punctuality, time management, & sanitation
  • Must have basic culinary knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
  • Proven cooking experience including experience as a line cook, or prep cook.
  • Personal tools such as knives, spoons, spatulas, and tweezers and not required but are highly recommended.



Minimum experience and qualification requirements for position:
  • Minimum Age: 21 Years Old
  • Fluent in English
  • 24 Months Minimum fine dining experience

Contract length: 8 - 10 months
