• Organize and coordinate the beverage service in conjunction with
Bartenders and Assistant Bartenders
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area (clear tables, wash glasses,etc.) In accordance with USPH standards
Job Responsibilities
• Practices up-selling and suggestive selling techniques
• May assist in collecting and delivering bar provisions
• Assist in any cleaning duties around the bar and pantry
• May assist in preparation of drinks as necessary
• ReQuest proof of identity to verify age of Guest before servina alcoholic drinks to Guests that appear
to be under age
